Membership for Society of Indian Radiographers:
Classification of Members

Individual Membership:

Eligibility:

1. Individuals with Bachelor degree in Radiological Technology from a Govt. recognised university or with an equivalent qualificiation or individuals with Diploma in Radiological Technology from Govt. Recognised University or Institute in India & abroad.
2. Any Qualified Radiographer whether working in Govt. Institutions, Private or Autonomous Hospital, is Eligible to become a Member.
3. Any Individual desirous of becoming Life Member, Ordinary Member or Associate Member shall make an application to the Secretary General of the society in a prescribed form, after his name been proposed & seconded by two professional members of the society. This application will be put up for consideration by the Executive Committee.

Admission Fee & Subscription :

	Residing in India	Residing in Outside India
Life Membership Fees	Rs. 500/-	200 US Dollars
Issue of Certificate	Rs. 1000/-

Please send all the payments through a Demand Draft in favour of 'Society of Indian Radiographers' payable at Bangalore, India.

State affiliation fee for 5 years is Rs.2500/- where as Rs.11,000/- is for Lifetime affiliation
